Here is my explanation on this for anyone who wants to use this quote in a debate on the fact that marijuana SHOULD be legal.
Plant is to animal, as marijuana is to cow, as THC is to milk. Saying Marijuana is a drug (the THC) is like saying a cow is a milk.
You would call marijuana a PLANT, just like you'd call a cow an ANIMAL.
A product of marijuana is THC A product of cows is milk
THC is a substance, like with other mind/health-altering
